Competition Terms and Conditions

The ‘Win a One-Day Cookery Course with Let’s Cook! Scotland’ prize draw is open to UK and Ireland residents, aged 16+, excluding employees and their immediate families of Quality Meat Scotland, their agents or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

To enter fill out the form and submit your contact name and address. There is a limit of one entry per person per promotion. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

The prize is a one-day cooking course with Let’s Cook! Scotland. The closing date is Sunday 2 September 2012 at 12 noon. Winners will be drawn at random by Sunday 2 September 2012 at 4pm. Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw. Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to provide their postal address, and failure to do so may result in prizes being awarded to alternative winners. Please allow 28 days from confirmation of your address for delivery of prizes. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. The Prizes are offered subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives to the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The Prizes will be sent via recorded delivery or courier dependent on the prize and will need to be signed for by an authorised recipient and postal details will be requested by email from the winner. If a winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a Prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another participant.
