Butchers Scotch Butchers Club There are over 500 members of the Scotch Butchers Club, stocking Specially Selected Scotch Beef, Lamb and Pork and servicing every sector of the supply chain. In addition to this, Specially Selected Scotch Beef, Lamb and Pork is processed and sold by secondary wholesalers, processors, cash and carry outlets, catering butchers and multiple retail outlets. In each case, confirmation of authenticity must be confirmed by the supplying meat plant and selected premises are monitored by independent assessors who make unannounced visits. Members of the Scotch Butchers Club are provided with Certificates which they can display in their shops.
