Scotch Beef Club

The Scotch Beef Club Website

The Scotch Beef Club is unashamedly based on quality. Restaurants who are accepted as members of this exclusive club will promote Scotch Beef clearly and unambiguously on their menus, sending out a positive message about the integrity of Scotch Beef to discerning customers all over the world.

Membership of the Scotch Beef Club benefits both restaurants and the customer. It gives the restaurant the confidence that the beef it serves is what it is claimed to be. Diners are reassured that the beef they are eating is Scotch and has been produced to the highest standards with a guarantee on the welfare of cattle.

We host regular events both north and south of the border and a regular guest of honour is our Patron, HRH The Princess Royal.

In order to be accepted, applicants have to demonstrate the ability to clearly identify the beef they purchase and a commitment and co-operation with their suppliers to have the required information available on request. Restaurant members also enjoy the benefits of another major QMS initiative, The Scotch Beef Academy.

Anyone who would like more details on joining the Scotch Beef Club should contact Margaret Stewart at mstewart@qmscotland.co.uk
