UK Livestock Prices In this section you will find up-to-date producer prices for cattle, sheep and pigs. You will also find charts that show the longer-term pattern of prices and slaughterings in Scotland. Information from individual Scottish and Border auction markets is updated daily and at the end of each day the average auction market prices in Scotland, England and Wales is also updated. At the beginning of each week the average prices paid at auction markets in Scotland, England and Wales in the previous week are updated. Deadweight prices for cattle, sheep and pigs are updated by Wednesday evening each week.
