On occasions, certain sizes or colours of particular items displayed on the QMS online shop may be unavailable. When this situation occurs QMS will contact you using the contact details you have provided when purchasing the items. You then have the choice of a complete refund or the option to receive an alternative colour/size.
Postage is calculated per item for delivery to a single UK address. Please contact QMS directly on 0131 472 4040 for postage charges for large orders or orders that require posting overseas.
For the best chance of achieving delivery in time for Christmas orders should be made before noon on Wednesday 17 December. Please note we will not be able to dispatch any goods between Monday 22 December and Monday 5 January.
When will I receive my order?
QMS will endeavour to process any order received on the next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of receiving the order. You should receive all your purchases within seven working days of placing your order. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within this timeframe.
Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class – however during the month of December we will automatically send any orders received by Royal Mail 1st Class.
If you decide you don’t want to keep your purchase, simply return it to us, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days. You then have the choice of a refund of the cost of the product or an alternative item sent to you free of charge.
