Much of my time is spent visiting schools, educating pupils about eating red meat as part of a healthy balanced diet. I also work with the teams in QMS on projects with a nutrition or health focus.

I work closely with our partners to ensure that the key red meat messages about health and the environment are communicated throughout the food education network. I previously worked as a Project Coordinator with the Royal Highland Education Trust (RHET) and work on our family hill farm in Perthshire.
